I haven't made one of those in a while.
In my freezer right now: salmon steaks, duck ragu, chicken cordon bleu, frozen vegetables (the peas, diced carrots, corn kernels mix). This week-end I'll make meatballs and freeze those, and maybe a chicken green curry.
I never buy prepared frozen foods - those are expensive here if they are available at all.
How do you fix the salmon steaks?
Usually in a pan or in the oven. There are a couple recipes that I'd like to try, but I'll have to adapt the second since I don't have a grill:Four-Spice SalmonGrilled salmon with mustard & herbs
1 cup vegetable cocktail (pantry), 1/2 cup frozen
That sounds yummy!!
I usually grill up a chicken breast and have it on a salad of mixed greens...or popcorn. Depends on the night!
