The holidays are coming..
Drinking water is a challenge for me too. I am really working hard at drinking more water and less of diet soda or tea. Still trying to loose the last 10 pounds. Have been visiting my children and grandsons in OH and IN so not eating too well on vacation. Will be going home on Wed so will have to get back to the gym and watching my diet a lot more carefully.

Oh, I so need this! Because of some of my meds, I'm chronically dehydrated. For me it causes all kinds of problems, including awful leg cramps. Until I figured it out, I dreaded going to the grocery store, because I'd cramp up so bad with just about any walking. While sleeping, I also get truly horrid leg cramps, from lack of water. The last couple of weeks, I've tried keeping a bottle on the counter, filling it every morning and making an effort to drink it during the day. I've only managed the whole thing (a half gallon, or 8 8 oz glasses) once. So far, today, I'm only at
