Thank you and welcome to this board.  I wish I hadn't been in the hospital when you arrived.  I look forward to working with you.

Me too!  It is very scary to get that close to death.  And it doesn't help to have anxiety problems on top of that.  LOL.

Oh I bet! My anxiety was pretty much just socially related growing up and into a young adult. More than most—I dropped out of college because I just would panic at having to find parking and sit in a class with strangers. Anyway, it was after my son had his emergency surgery that I realized "wow, bad things happen that you never really know could." I mean, after all, how many people have heard of a vein of galen malformation, never mind that it happens while the fetus is forming and can cause death at birth. Add in that my kiddo made it to a year without a diagnosis. PLUS the pediatrician telling me he's fine. Now I'm of the mind that if something is wrong that's it, I'm dying, he's dying, she's dying, etc. It's bad. It's PTSD and anxiety and depression all wrapped up with a lovely bow. LOL

Anyway, I'm so glad you're back on your feet and back on the board. I could use an anxious friend. :smileyhappy:

I am back and getting better and better.  I have a brand new baby cousin.  My cousin and god child had a baby today.  Her first and as it so happens it is a boy.  Those are so rare in our family.  LOL!
