At what point does anxiety turn from normal to you have a problem with it? Doesn't everyone suffer from anxiety over one thing or another? How do you know if it is time to get help?

Thank you for your reply.

It’s when you can’t function and live a normal life.

Hi & Welcome!

It really depends on the person and how they deal with anxiety. My husband is a "we'll deal with it when it happens" type person while I am the complete and utter opposite and worry about things that may not ever happen (yeah, pregnancy was fun for me).

The moment it starts stopping you from enjoying life and/or consumes your every thought is when you should do something about it. It can be something like seeing a therapist or for someone like me, medication works best.
