Health Day News reports that mental disorders may be linked with domestic violence. " People diagnosed with mental illness are more likely than others to be victims of domestic violence, a new analysis finds.

At first the way it's worded suggests the perpetrators of dv are not responsible due to a Mental Disorder.
I believe no matter whether you have an intellectual, mental or physical disability you can be at risk for dv.
