I jump into a book, one that I know I love and that sucks me in so that it's all I'm thinking about. LOL

How about you?

i guess my way to escape is taking a walk in the back yard and sitting by my brook... i'm very lucky to be renting and yet have plenty of nature space in my back yard... i hear just nature.. and when i'm really bad off i jump into listening to the brook and taking a deep breath, smiling and just being.. that's my favorite pill.. For my birthday last year my ds got me a mini-Kobo...I love it!

He has severe anxiety but ordered it for me on-line...This Christmas we got his sister a tablet...:)

He knows I love to read but have been having difficulty because of my Arthritis and some eye issues o he thought the e-reader would be great, it is!

My dd and I have anxiety issues to but less severe than my ds.

Music helps to.

It is a catch 22 the anxiety makes you even more anxious.

Having the Internet and computers have been very helpfl for my ds.

It takes his mind off the anxiety.

Today he was busy working on my computer and it helps calm him.

I have found having a little back-yard has helped me immensely.

Feeding the wild-life squirrels, birds, bunnies etc.

Planning our grden has helped, it will help my ds to gttin outside...:)...

I too will try to get involved in a good book. The problem I have is finding something that seems interesting. Once I find something and get started I can get lost in it.
