You're not alone! I know the feeling...it is frustrating at times...especially when there are people out there who tell you to snap out of it and it is all in your head. Those people frustrate me the most.
Depression is a mental illness. Its hard to get out and motivate ourselves to do stuff. Especially now when the days are getting shorter and sunlight as well.
The best way to start is take one thing and do it. Then pat yourself on the back, give yourself for something in comleting it and continue with another goal. Its the only way. One day at a time.

we sure do hear you and totally get what you are saying. Depression is this thick black shroud that smothers us.
