My dd and sil came in for Thanksgiving and I had so much fun with them.

Oh, and the person that's supposed to be my best friend, like a sister to me came in town this weekend.

I am sorry and I so understand. I read on FB my stepkids using the boats and wave runner I gave them and when their father was alive, always too busy to go boating with him which he would have loved so very very much. I quit fb for awhile as it ripped my heart out to read what they were up too in the marine toys I had hoped we would enjoy togher once I retired. take care of yourself, Josie

Thanks Toby. I am trying to keep an open heart meaning to do the hour drive down to stepgrandson's basketball game this saturday vs tit for tat and my stepdaughter didn't call on thanksgiving. If I want to stay in their lives I have to make the bigger effort I guess. God judges us by what we do, not that it was OK we got even or carried a grudge. thanks for caring, Josie
