Have you tried Yoga to calm yourself?

I do go to yoga regularly.  Our class is not your typical yoga class: there's lots of chatting and laughing.  Very fun, but not so relaxing.  I do a few of the (easier) moves at home to chill out before bed time.

There is a new Yoga studio in my town and they gave out a free session to try it. I tried it out with a friend and I really enjoyed it. I completely forgot about everything but what I was doing while I was in there and I couldn't believe how relaxing it was. I will most likely try it again.
