I would like to share something that I discovered about feeling down and depression and feeling bad about ourselves.. I know that there are different kinds of depression but the one I suffer from is situational and lack of good esteem at times.. Well of course I was listening to this natural practioner and he was saying and I sort of knew this that we sabatogue ourselves sometimes.. . I mean I do it all the time thinking that I am not good enough for this or that.. but I really am. Its the old tapes playing in my head from bad experiences.. Now I am working on getting rid of the old tapes everyday and creating more positive tapes which say I am good and good enough for this or that...
Like when I see a job that I think I shouldnt apply for because I am not good enough for it or something I think is out of my reach but that isnt true. So I am going to try very hard everyday to keep moving in a more positive direction and work on getting rid of the old bad tapes in my head and know that I am good enough and worth enough for whatever comes along.
