I can not stop eating them.
Good for potassium :) Although they sit in my tummy a bit hard :/

I've been craving sweets. Not so healthy :/
Normally I want to binge on chocolate so bad but bananas seem to be sweet enough to stop me going overboard.
The bloat bothers me more than anything. Peppermint tea sometimes helps. Light exercise as well.
I'm avoiding scales atm. because I know it says nothing I wanna see :/

I can't seem to function without coffee...and yes I do use flavored creamer :P Unfortunately, I cannot for the life of me stop counting cals.!! It's so automatic that I don't even think about it, i just do it.
We need to learn to not define ourselves by numbers on the scales but it is just so hard.
