How are you all doing?
Actually, I've been doing okay with the ED. The weight is steady. Eating is easier too. Although the mindset is still lingering. I haven't found the time to workout for a while so the ED is trying to convince me I'm getting flabby and fat and should go back to not eating. It'd be easier just not eating. I think I need to get back into a workout routine to keep maintaining. It's so hard to find the balance!!
I am in a similar place myself at the moment.
