Reminding myself to eat

You'd think I would be hungry all the time but I'm not. I was in the begininng but now that my body is rather..err...large..I'm not.
The only time I'm seriously hungry is in the morning. The amount I can eat for breakfast is ridic!! Like i have to get up and eat asap..and I don't mean just a bowl of cereal or anything. I try to stretch it so I don't get overstuffed. I'll have some oatmeal and juice. Then give it an hour (if I can wait that long) and have something else.
The problem is that it takes so long to digest that I'm not hungry the rest of the day and I have to make a real conscious effort to eat!
My bf is a real breakfast, lunch and dinner type of guy. I'm like ugh everytime he mentions lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a must. Past that forget it. I'm doing it but here it is dinner time and I'm far from hungry.
So now my bf is ready for dinner. I guess that's my cue to make something
