I am have a real struggle so I am going back to a previous tactic , This time I am going to try not to abandon it within a few days.

I have set myself a sensible calorie level intake, am portioning it all out every day and I am going to eat it , as and when during the day with the stipulation that I do have to eat it all before bedtime.

That sounds like a good plan to me :) However, be careful not to let it become a sort of obsession. ED has a way of taking our best efforts and tricking us into thinking we need to do it perfectly. Some days may go better than others so if it isn't perfect don't let ED make you think you fail. Just speaking from how the ED plays those types of games with me to sabotage my efforts ;)

Have you ever seen a dietitian to help you make proper meal plans? I have done that. I think it could have gone better for me but I admit I probably wasn't very receptive to the idea :/

I'm a huge fan of journaling :D Positive affirmations too!! You're doing well :D

Aww well just a slight setback right? I did the same thing earlier this week. I even screwed up and took a bunch of lax too :-o It's frustrating to say the least. Just gotta get back on track and keep going. We didn't get sick overnight. It's gonna take a while to get better. We just gotta be patient with ourselves. We'll get through this.
