Different kinds of self-esteem?

What do you think is a third kind of unhealthy self-esteem the author will write about? What basic reaction did you have to the blog?

Very interesting. I am thinking it may have to do with self image (thinking you are ugly and undesirable). What do you think it is?
I read the blog and since I got here so late in the discussion, the next blog was already written. So I read it as well.
My "basic reaction" to the blog was that the writer was doing exactly what he appeared to be minimizing those back in the 1980's for doing.
There is so much more to "self-esteem" than the three different kinds described in the blog.
