What good things did you make a choice to happen?

There are personal choices we make in life, daily!  Everything from the toothpaste we use, to what to eat for dinner and where.

There is one personal choice we sometimes forget to make and that is for Positive Self Esteem. Last month I asked about your plan for the month; how where you were going to work on your positive self-esteem and how you were you going to reward yourself for reaching your goal(s)?

This month a board member started the October goals posting. In this post you should write about the goals you feel that you have or almost have reached. Be they big or little.

We want to hear about positives you have achieved in the past two months, since no one is perfect, of course there are things we didn't or couldn't.... and those are always easier to write about. 

It’s like the question: ‘Name five orange coloured fruits and vegetables in 10 seconds.’ Instead of ‘name two orange coloured fruits or vegetables in two seconds.’

So…., What good things did you make a choice to happen?

I think I am understanding this correctly.  You want us to name the good things that we chose to make happen....in the last TWO months.  Correct?  I can't remember them all....lol.  I can do the last two weeks.

I chose to make an itenerary for my dd's visit, so that we would BOTH have a good time.  It worked.
I chose to START some decluttering in my house, so that there would not be soooo much dust.  I am cleaning as I go.
I chose to haul all of the electronic equipment OUT of my bedroom!  This includes, phone, tv, dvd player, vcr player, one of the electric clocks (my side..dh will still need his for his alarm).  Why???  So I can finally get some sleep!!!  Only thing left is one fan for white noise.
This weekend I am pulling more out of the room (decluttering) to make the room more conducive to SLEEP!! 

We are hauling FIVE t.v's up to the thrift store to donate.  No worries...they are the heavy older ones...but still run!

Well, this is a start.

well, I chose to wear my glasses more as I stated in the October goals posting. I also chose to get out more like the fun haunted forest this week and the absolutely hilarious comedy a couple of weeks ago and also chose to limit spending by not going out for all of the halloween festivities tonight.

Name some good things you made a choice to happen?

I needed to get the washing and polishing done on Wednesdays, I did. Now it much easier for me to get the housework I can do done without being overwhelmed.

I wanted to save the candy for Halloween and not eat it. I bought extra non-sugar treats for myself (for my blood sugar) and haven’t eaten much.

I've been adding more Asian food ingredients to my cooking.

I've been keeping up with fall gardening chores.
