I am on my final few months of Mirena and am definitely going to get it again if possible. I was just wondering about the removal process. Is it painful? I tolerate pain fairly well, but still want to know what to expect.

I've had 2 Mirenas and 2 removals. In my experience, insertion was more uncomfortable in both cases. I never felt the removal at all other than the speculum.
