You might be surprised at the difference it could make. Some preparations have a slower release of hormones as well as lower doses, so different combination pills can affect you differently. Personally, I seem to be more sensitive to progesterone and it's synthetics, so if I were going back on the pill, I might choose one with a lower dose of it. If you're concerned about how such a slight tweak in doses will help you, I would discuss those concerns with your doctor. They are obligated to explain to you how each hormone works and why they're prescribing them to you. Good luck! I hope that it works out and you get some relief. :)

Well I'm officially on day 3 of Loestrin 24. I talked to my doc and got a second opinion just to be sure before doing it. (okay, I felt bad about how many times I called the nurses at my doc's office and called another) Now it is just a matter of being patient, which I admit I'm horrible at. Woke up with sore "ladies" this morning. I took some Advil and am trying not to dwell on it. I really hope this helps; I don't want this breast issue to slow me down!
