Teen pregnancy-prevention program works

According to Health Day News, " Teenage girls at high risk for pregnancy were more likely to use condoms and birth control pills after taking part in a prevention program specifically designed for them, a new study says." MORE

With the U.S. having the highest teen birth rate of all industrialized nations, perhaps more efffort should be put into programs like the one described in this article. What do you think?

While I think it is great that such a program was created and saw some positive results it is important to note that is a really small sample size. It would be a lot harder to replicate those results across the country. Another thing I would like to point out is that this program focuses entirely on teenage girls and essentially makes birth control their problem. Programs like this need to exist for teenage girls AND teenage boys since last time I checked it took 2 people to engage in sexual activity and that makes preventing unwanted pregnancy everyone's problem.
