Could this be a bladder infection?

I constantly feel the need to urinate, but when I go only a trickle will come out and then I feel a pressure/pain sensation like I still need to go. I'm also getting this burning feeling.

I saw some pills at the store that are supposed to help with urinary problems but not sure if this is something I should try.

Hi Z. Personally, I would go to the doctor if I had these symptoms just to be on the safe side. If it is an infection then you can get treated and if it isn't, the doctor will be able to offer some advice to help you get comfortable again.
