Do you get your Pap Test as recommended? According to this recent Health Day News report, younger women are beginning to follow the guidelines but older women don't. "More young women are following recently revised U.S. guidelines for getting Pap tests -- the standard screening for cervical cancer -- but many women who have had a total hysterectomy still get the tests unnecessarily, new government studies reveal." more

Your thoughts?

If you need some clarification on your test, talk to your doctor. They are there so we can ask questions!

I do.  Why not?  I don't like the new guidlines where low risk women now only get them every 3 years.  HPV can show up 10 years down the road.  I believe screenings should still be every year.

It's very important to get your screenings. Don't hesitate!
