I have been experiencing some incontinence and I think I should go to the doctor. I don't have a family doctor but do have a gynecologist that I feel comfortable with. Will she be able to help me?

The Gynecologist is a good place to start but you should eventually see a Urologist. It really depends on why you have incontinence. There are different causes. Hope you find some answers!

She should be able to steer you in the right direction or give you the name of a good urologist if she feels that is what is needed.  My mom has had 2 bladder surgeries, the doctor basically told her, the more kids you have, the more likely you will need bladder surgery eventually.  Keegals help to tighten the muscles down there, you may want to start there and then also visit with your OB.
