Oh man Vida! I'm glad you didn't faint (like I probably would've done) and made it through. I can only imagine the terror and now the long wait ahead of you (I know you said it's only a week, but.... you're right, it probably will feel like a year of you being on pins & needles and jumping every time the phone rings).

Keeping my fingers crossed that you'll get nothing but good news.

Sorry you had to go through that. It does sound like he was just really making sure and it will all be okay. Keeping you in my thoughts. Can't imagine how terrified you were!

Thanks, Ladies...

You know, these past few weeks were a bit traumatic for me.

Oh Vida, what a relief! I'm glad things turned out well with the biopsy results, but hope you won't read too much into the condition that they determined caused the scare in the first place. It's hard to remember sometimes that even though the textbook case might be one thing, we're not all textbook. (((hug)))

I've had a scare like yours with one of my kids too. Thank goodness, in both of our cases, our babies turned out just fine in the end. But during the illness, it's so hard to not think about worst case scenarios, etc. I think it's a mom thing.
