Menopause???

I havent had a period since November. I have no other symptoms. I have been eating ice an awful lot.

I had a HCL test... and did three HPT tests.. only one had a very faint line... the rest were Negative.

Aslo had a tubal ligation ten years ago... I am in my late 40's.

My question is can a HCL test be wrong?? Or can a woman go through menopause without major symptoms..
