For the past 2 weeks I have been having stomach issues and I'm not sure what's going on.

Sorry you are going through all this. That happened to me once. I was on the pill and started experiencing nausea and lower back pain. I thought I was pregnant! Turned out I had a cyst on my ovary. It went away on its own. Go get checked out. Have an ultrasound done to see if there's anything going on.
