Hi everyone, I'd appreciate any advice you could offer.

I've read about the symptoms of ovarian cysts, and to be brutally honest, I don't have most of them.

My guess is that you were sore from the pulled muscles, especially if you're feeling better now. If it happens again though, you should probably see a doctor to rule out anything else.
