Hi All
Just wondering if anyone has had something like this before. I think I started my cycle today. At least its red finally. And the other day I was having one of my really bad mood swings, normal for me prior to period. Even the cramping and pain in the lower back at times. I need to remember to mark it on a calendar so I know if its on time and when its going to hit
Odd part is this cycle and last cycle, I had greyish discharge prior to start of period. I've had brownish before like 3 days before. Cant remember how long the greyish discharge was last cycle but this cycle it was almost a full week before. no itching and no foul odors. But also had some cramping about 5 days ago similar to cramps with a period... I thought for sure my cycle was early, even had the mood swings. But now not sure whats been going on for the last week
I also take Prozac for my depression/anxiety. It usually helps fairly well with the PMS mood swings. Last month didnt really notice the mood swing, this month, really noticed the mood swing even with the prozac although have been under more stress than useful or at least it seems that way. cycle only last 1.5-2 days at most for the major bleeding, hardly anything after that
Still having some minimal light cramping occasionally for some reason. also noticed I've gained at least 2-3 lbs back which I havent done in a long time. Honestly hoping it isnt early menopause

The pelvic ultrasound will check for fibroids and polyps which can cause abnormal spotting.

Still waiting for confirmation of the appt. But I think its friday Aug 17th. my gyn's office isnt great about returning emails.. I'm on CD8 and still have very very light spotting off and on but very very light and occasional. still not normal for me though to be having any spotting of any kind right now.
Trying to find out if my gyn's office will refill my prozac too, it was prescribed by another dr but I cant get in before the rx runs out... thought of one other possible reason besides the prozac. I've been on it for 4-5months and did fairly well in the beginning. The last 2-3months has been worse, the same time the odd cycles have been going on. The stress recently and depression and anxiety has been much worse recently, especially confidence and insecurity
but about 2-3months ago I also started taking Ambien, but only on the weekends for the most part, like Friday and saturday since I dont have to get up as early the next mornings. But I had one last night too... Trying to do some research about Ambien and any possible odd side effects
