painful Ingrown Hair :( I NEED A DOCTOR!

I think I have an ingrown hair in my very very private area. I don't mean to gross anyone out but it's right by the lip of my vagina in the very sensitive part. I keep myself shaved down there, and I think I might have irritated my skin (I know it's not an std bc both me and one and only partner just got tested and are clean) But it hurts so BAD! I recently lost my virginity and thought the sex was irritating me down there but then I looked and saw a little bump with a hair coming out of it. So I pulled out the hair and now it hurts worse. I tried to just not be paranoid and go about my daily routine, so I went for a bike ride. and Of course it hurts even more.

Now that I think about it could it be that before i saw it i would wear very tight jeans that it just really irritated it along with the bike ride?

What can I do to make it better (if any of you have had a similiar experiece) and how long before it goes away? ANY ADVICE? thanks so much
