Hey whoever is out there..
Well I am currently sitting in my bed suffering from these terrible terrible cramps.
And I know what your all thinking- yeah right you want terrible!?
Let me explain my situation.

I have heard to alternate hot and cold baths, 10 mins in one, 10mins in the other. chocolate, caffeine, yes all of those can aggitate endo. The reason you may not be able to eat chicken and beef is that those also aggitate endo. Reason being, if they are not hormone free then they contain estrogen hormones. Too much estrogen will make endo worse. The site I gave you has ideas of things to eat to help control endo and what not to eat. I have also read taking 100mg of vitamin B6 daily helps reduce the inflammation of endo. I would suggest starting to help it yourself but go ahead and see a GYNO. There is no reason for you to live in this much pain. (((HUGS)))
