I hear you about the yogurt. I'm not a fan myself. I found that using it ain smoothie is the way to go for me! The supplements will work just fine too. Don't worry about the yogurt so much. I hope you find a solution. I know how frustrating it is!
I do have ovaries, and it may be part of the cycle (I still get one, just without the big symptons) but I thought maybe there was a relation since I hadn't had on in a while and also have been doing anything I can not to get them! I also don't know how long the prolapse has been there. It was there several months ago as well but went away, but this time its pretty persistent, so it may be recurring.
Thanks for the advice! I will probably look into getting some of that stuff since this is extremely frustrating! And I only recently started forcing myself to eat yogurt .. can't stand the stuff, so I don't think daily yogurt is a great idea for me! But the rest sounds promising!
