Hollie, since you've seen your doctor and been examined, I wonder if maybe the poking & prodding you've been doing is enough to keep them sore. Or is it possible that you've changed workouts and might be using the pectoral muscles more than you were before or that you might have pulled a muscle in your chest area?

You're hurting, and you have every reason to feel frustrated at having no answers. (((hug)))

Well I don't poke and prod at them that much lol It's just here and there once a week or twice a week. And I actually don't work out at all.Like literally, I do nothing.I used to be a competitive gymnast years ago but developed knee problems and had to stop entirely and I can't even work out,I can't even jog around the block or do anything that puts alot of strain or impact on my knees for more than 10 minutes. So I don't think working out would be an issue lol I stretch occassionally but only like splits and stuff lol

Well when I was in for my pap I told the Dr that I needed my perscription for my pills renewed,so she knew I was on the pill.Would she not have suggested that as being a possible cause? I know the pill can make them sore, but I just thought that was in the beginning as your body adjusts to the hormones.

My boyfriend made a good point the other day although I doubt it's the cause, push-up bras. I've been wearing push-ups for years and years but recently invested in one that makes you two cup sizes larger...I don't have large boobs if you haven't figured that out yet lol. Anyways this bra compared to the others gives you massive cleavage, and really makes it look like you got implants almost. It has padding where most push-ups don't have padding. Could that be whats making them sore? I doubt it because I've been wearing push-ups for many years so my boobs are used to being squished together lol

No, the bra wouldn't make them sore. Unless you have some sort of trauma to your breasts, the only thing that makes them sore is hormones. Would you doctor mention it? One would hope but not necessarily. Not one of my doctors suggested that the pill was causing my yeast infections. Just something to think about.

I think Kristen makes a very good point. Even though you are on the same pill--no change in those hormones...your body changes.
