We are getting hit hard this winter with the stomach flu.

Home remedies.... I can't think of any, other than following the BRAT diet when starting to feel better and getting in plenty of fluids. Very interesting about the apple cider vinegar.
No stomach bugs here for a while (knock on wood) -- our last stomach bug incident was a year ago, when our school was hit with, as I call it, "The Plague of *** insert name of school***".
HOWEVER... At this time, Vilija is running a temp of 103.

The weekend for V was quite the pathetic one, and, unfortunately, the illness is still pretty much raging on.
Got a call yesterday -- the strep culture came back positive.
I hope the antibiotic helps little Vilija to feel back to normal really soon.

My gal is still sleeping, I'm relieved that she's been able to get extra rest during this illness.
