Here's our official support and update thread for the iVillage Kick Start your Weight Loss 15 Pound Challenge. Gezz, that's a long winded challenge. LOL!

Please post anything you like for those of us that have signed up for the challenge. I'd love to hear your weekly weigh ins. YOU pick the day of the week to weigh in and update us. This challenge is for 6 weeks and will add up to 6 weigh in's with the last weigh in being on 2/15/12. You should also have the daily emails starting today. We'll have daily challenges sent to us via email. Please let us know how those are going and if you've found any creative ways of incorporating those daily challenges into your life.

Just starting to track food is always such a reality check for myself! Good for you in cleaning out that junk food. :)

Misty's playing a little catch up this afternoon because yesterday was SO hectic.

My starting weight is 323.6 and by February 15th I want to be 308.6 or less.

For journaling I use fatsecret.com. I log my meal plans for the day in the morning and then make any additions or changes before I go to bed.

I'm a security guard so I do a patrol of the community I guard once every evening. It's a combination walking/golf cart patrol so I get about 20 minutes of walking in each night. I'm not usually very active on my days off but I should really at least be aiming for a walk around the lake.

Journaling is such a key for me, I am still using my WW etools til next weekend when my pass runs out, then I will be doing it manually since computer time is hard for me.

I am not getting the emails...I will try to sign up again... I am already food journaling and at an advanced level for exercise. What I am eating is another story... I am trying to push water because that usually helps me. SJ
