Hi Everyone! It's a new year and we need to get in gear. We can do this thing this year. Let's start with a posting challenge. Every single day for the next 30 days every one of us will drop in here and post. Something. Anything. Try to post something positive or something good that you've done toward your dieting plans.

Welcome to January.. today I ate a good breakfast and wrote it down..I have done my workouts both monday and tuesday..tonight will be a challenges as dh is gone til late evening so I can't workout til he gets home I will do the toning before that though and my running after, I am shooting for a perfect excercise week ( doing all the workouts I committed to).

Still fighting to stay on plan...pulled the kids around the play area for quite awhile today... my abs are aching (which is good as far as I am concerned)

I lifted weights for a while yesterday then did 2 miles on the tread. My triceps are a bit sore but feels good knowing I did something.

Ew-we aren't doing too good here in this challenge. Okay-here we go. New week, fresh start.

I exercised Saturday and Sunday. YAY me!

I ran 11 straight minutes on saturday 3/4 of a mile and then on and off do complete my 1.5 in 23 minutes who hoo..I also dragged my butt out of bed this morning to workout..I have been doing it in the evening..which I don't like as much

Do you mind if I join you guys? I just started refocusing on weight loss...

So today, I went on a brisk walk with my son in his stroller! Not always something I have time for and I'm trying to make it a habit. Oh, and I had a good breakfast, and a VERY healthy lunch!

I took a Yoga class this morning and..I didn't snack all day. I drank water!

I'm proud to report that I had an awesome day. I got back on track with my meals and walked my dog around the lake for both his morning and evening walk. It's a short walk (about 1/3 of a mile) but we usually just take him out front to do his business. Every little bit counts. I know I'm feeling proud of myself today!
