Did you know that juice wasn't necessarily good for you?

I have been drinking juice instead of soda and thought I had really made a healthy switch until I was browsing an article about healthy eating myths and saw that juice could have a lot of sugar in it leaving you with as many calories as soda. I am now wondering what else I may be doing wrong.
Is there some diet guide that you use?
