February One Stop Chat Spot!

There was a guy at my gym yesterday standing on a ball and doing squats...there are some things you know there Isno chance you will ever do in your life....that's on my list... I do crunches on the ball, and also a move where you pass the ball from your hands to your feet and back in a Sotho like mode. That's all I've done with them. SJ

So been MIA for a little while. Had a crappy week last week, gained a pound, but bounced back this week and lost 2, so it works out. It FINALLY stopped raining here and the guys are busily fixing our roof, so looking forward to not waking up to dripping water again. With the nice weather here again we are thinking about taking the boat out on the water and doing some fishing, I think we should take the dog too, I think she would love it. We need to get in all of this fun stuff in the next 2 weeks because Spring Break is about to be upon us and we don't leave the island at all then, it's too hard to get around with all the kids here, so we stock up on groceries and stay home, kind of like waiting out a storm lol.
My dad apparently decided to take up my food challenge too, he is on temporary disability because he had a heart attack and has decided to take up cooking. He sent me pictures of him using his new pasta maker. I never would have expected my dad to take up cooking, especially since he is building an airplane in his garage. I am finding it a little comical. Ah well, I think that's about all that is going on around here.
