At long last, I weighed in under 220 for the first time in 16 months!
"Never run faster than your guardian angel can fly!"
Well, I completely got my days screwed up with my 4 day week-end, and I forgot today is Sunday, which is my weigh in day.
So I weighed in right after I got up this morning and the scale said 220.
Yes, I really don't always like exercising - and it may be because I just do not like always sweating - but that is something that I've turned into motivation - the last four summers in a row I have been extremely overweight and because of this I can't wear clothes that keep me cool in the summer - AND I hate being so hot all the time!
