Would any of you as a group like to do a little workout challenge? We could do a 30 day challenge, logging our workouts daily. At t he end of the 30 days we could have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. We could also have a Most Improved Winner!

I love the idea! However, I think it should be narrowed down a bit because "workout" is a pretty broad scale. Strength training, cardio, walking? Maybe choose one area a month and keep it going for a few months?

I think this is a good idea but I am not sure I should participate as working out is so ingrained in me and my regular schedule that I am afraid that I will be demotivating to others...but I will cheer you all on and try to inspire you with ideas and encouragement.
