How do you stay cool?

WOW, summer is here in my home town! HOT! We went out to the park this morning and we didn't stay long! I know when I've been on the heavier side I would get hot easy. I still get really hot! What tips or tricks to you have to stay cool during these really warm summer months? I think summer time is one of the big challenges for larger women. Remember everyone, drink plenty of water!
