Thank you for responding!

The 15 pounds came off in about a month, honestly a lot of it sloughed off in the first few weeks.

Hi Geoff,

It's frustrating getting started, and kudos to you to be consistent after so long being sedentary!

Hi Geoff,

Do not give up. I have been morbidly obese or obese most of my life. I had my Gastric Bypass in 2005. I have lost 100 pounds and I have about 65 pounds to go. It is a struggle each and every day, but the healthier I get the better it is and it does get easier. Hang in there...Norma
