My goal is to eat (or eat properly) and excercise my way to 229 this month, I started yesterday that is 11 lbs, fairly ambious for me but I must I must.. Off to a good start good food today although I am pretty hungry, I am scheduling myself 2/3 snacks per day to gap my meals and keep me from overeating. I worked out this am 30 mins aerobics, 15 mins of ab and arm video and 15 mins on free weights for my arms.

Definitely doable!! Keep track of your food so you can see from week to week where you might need to make some cuts. :)

Having a good day so far. Pushed myself to get to the gym, got home to get some good news about the paternity suit and eating has been on target so far. It's going to be a good, relaxing day I think. Have a great Tuesday everyone!

Aleady there...my main weaknesses seem to be nights and weekends, I am counting everything, I also tend to overidulge in condiments so I am keeping a careful eye and measure measure measure, I just can't stop doing that.

Spring is on the way girls! That in itself is enough motivation to keep me going through March! My goal is 10 pounds as well. I am still exercising each morning and keeping a food journal, sticking with that for March as well. Let's boogie!
