on treadmill at 5:30 this morning for 37 mins I feel good, good breakfast, nice start to the day no snacking last night even though I was up watching biggest loser til 10.

My goals for March are not too exciting - journal my food in hopes of eating better, go to the gym and work hard.

Gym wise, things are going well - I lifted yesterday, then went to Zumba. Tpday I went to Pilates.

I decided last night that I don' really like the Zumba class becasue the instructor leads the clas, she doesn't teach. I want her to explain what we are going to do, demo it, and then talk us through it, not just do the moves and hope we can follow...I could bounce around to music in my living room.

Hopefully, the pool will be open again next week....

My current goals for the month are to make it through the current stresses with some hair left on my head, get my workouts in at the gym 5 days a week without fail and to reach March 31st as close to 299 lbs as I can.

Today I learned how to find a way to get my workout in when life tries to get in the way. DH and I spent Monday and Tuesday mostly relaxing so we didn't get many of our household chores done. That means they had to get done this morning. Laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping all had to be done before we left the house to go to work at 2pm today. Left with not enough time to get to the gym, I ended up taking my gym stuff with me to work and going tonight. This isn't always an option since my gym isn't open 24 hours on the weekends (which I think is strange - you'd think people would want to work off the party nights) but for today, it worked and I'm very proud of myself that I kept to it. So far, so good!

Thanks, it turned out ok, I did 32 mins walking between a 3.0 and a 3.2 on the treadmill which isn't jogging but not strolling either, with a few spurts of
