Hi All, Not a lot of news in my world this weekend. I saw The King's Speech, it was great.
Turning down Mom's pie is a big deal!

Great week last week, excercised 6 days for more than 30 mins each day, food was on track, saturday night and sunday were more of a mess but it's a fresh new day.

Good job to all the exercisers out there...I went to the gym today, 6 minute bike warmup, lifting for chest/back, abs, then ran - 1.17 miles in 15 minutes, 1.5 in 19:32.
It was springlike here yesterday so all the snow is gone, nut it is freezing again tonight....which maybe is good because some places are worrited about flooding if things melt too fast...I live on the top of a hill, so no floods here, but it is sad to see people on tv when there houses are in the river, so I hope the flooding doesn't happen.

Not springlike here at all Sunday we got a ton of rain and it melted about half of our 5 feet of snow, sunday night into monday afternoon we got another 2 feet of brand new snow....
