Well here I am again! A couple of you might remember me from before I had my baby in 2009. I'm back to lose the weight and hopefully gain some support from you ladies along the way.

Hi Tanya,
I'm so happy to see there is another mom on here with a young one! My little girl is 16 months old and she also LOVES going in the stroller. Yesterday I took her to the mall and she did great! It was nice just walking around and having her fall asleep. I got a little sweat going too! Its a bit cold here and I even took off my sweater in the store because I was getting hot! haha!

As for journaling... I have a food journal that I got about a month ago. I was using it all last week. Some online friends all signed up for loseit.com and I joined them! Ever look at that website? It's great! I can log all my foods and my workouts on it. It charts my progress and my goals. I have "friends" on there just a like adding friends on Facebook- we can post updates, etc. Its just another level of support and accountability for me.
Anyways, thank you again for your kind words!!

Welcome back and congrats on your little one! I noticed you said you were using loseit.com have you ever tried myfitnesspal.com? Im wondering because I just started using it yesterday and Im wondering what the difference in the 2 may be and if one is better than the other. I like that you have included your child in your fitness plan! I babysit and during the day since she is 5 we play alot of connect games that keep us moving and jumping around! I do ride an exercise bike 30 minutes in the mornings after I get her on the bus for preschool. I usually write on paper my foods and my feelings and then transfer them to myfitnesspal so that I get use to doing all of this again.

Good luck!

That website sound just like loseit.com! You can serch for foods (even resturant foods) and for activities. You can search "walking" then you can put in how fast you were going "very slow, slow, moderate" etc. I've already put in my hieght and weight so it knows exactly how many calories I burn at each workout I put in. Yesterday I burned 400+ doing a Circut Training DVD. Rock on!!

TMZ,

I like what you posted about what you've learned since the last time around.
