Great topic!

I truly believe that no one has a better life than I do (as good, but not better).

What I love about this board is that I realize how awesome all of us are.

Okay...here is my 'list'. Really, the only thing I'm unhappy with is the number on the scale and the way I feel and look in clothes but here are the positives:
Nice full lips, thick and wavy hair (when I let it go crazy..lol), I love my small hands and feet and my legs are awesome! :) I still 'swagger' the way I did when I was more slender so my husband said that I needed to add that HE loves my hips and butt! LOL MEN!!!

Thanks SJ, I'm so very glad to be back. You are right, we have all had struggles to overcome. I remember when I first came here like 5 years ago, I had been recently divorced from an abusive marriage. Then I got pregnant, lost my job and had to move back to MN to live with my mom at the age of 35. Had the baby, went to nursing school, found out mom was sick with cancer 3 months after baby was born. So, for the following year I was a single mom of 2 wonderful boys, going to full time nursing school, and taking care of my dying mother. When she passed away I lost my best friend and confidante. That was in 2009, and am finally just now kicking my butt into gear to get on with life. I have been through many struggles prior to her death and none of them drug me down. Her death drug me down. I lost my fight. BUT IT IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOT!!!!!! I am reclaiming the strong woman I used to be and becoming a survivor again instead of a victim. Just like you said, EVERYONE has struggles in life. Everyone. They are what make us stronger and bolder. I am NOT going to use them as excuses to stay fat.
