Gained wieght over the weekend. :( How do you get yourself out of the funk and backon track for Monday??

I am there most every Monday. But I make my lunch for Monday on Sunday night, and plan a good hard gym workout, and the new week begins... SJ

I exercise over the weekend and usually cook healthier meals since I have more time. It's usually late in the week (say Thursday and Friday) that I run out of steam and get off track.
