Just a quick update from me. It seems I only get a few minutes at a time lately to sit back and reflect on my progress thus far. I'm down to 309.8 as of last week's weigh-in so I'm very happy about that. My trips to the gym have slowly faded away but I still walk about 3/4's of a mile 5 times a week at work. I actually decided to not do soup this weekend and bought some spinach for salads, and a small pork roast and lots of veggies.

LOL - yes, a good "score" - but I am SO SICK of turkey noodle soup that I could throw up.

I don't think of myself as much of a cook, but here are a few quick/easy things I do.
I buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts - I can get them on sale for $1.99 a pound.
