Eat your proteins with good carbs! Salads are great at cutting calories but they don't give you the protein to build your muscles. Cutting too many calories you body gets confused and will hold on to everything!! I stay between 1200 and 1500 and I don't let my body get use to the same thing and somedays I have to push to get to my 1500...

Water water water

drink half your weight in water ounces daily 

this helps with muscle cramps, headaches and other dehydration issues. 

I struggle with this myself. But it makes a HUGE difference!!

Cut down on soda. I've officially lost 20 lbs and I contribute most of it to less soda consumption!
