Hi again. A, one of our members was asking for some suggestions for social media in helping her stay motivated . To me it's a small thing, but all the small things add up to a whole lot of positive in my life. Please feel free to add your favorite social media link.
Most of these are people that are on a big (100+ pounds to lose) weight loss journey, have already lost hundreds of pounds, or national fitness trainers that I think are emotionally supportive in how they post content online.
