It's been a borderline few weeks...food so so
Is there one or two things that you can focus on that will give you that feeling of success to get yourself going?
Tanya~This is one of those times where it's okay to look backwards and remember where you were. Look at how far you've come versus how little you still have to go. 16 lbs in 2.5 months can be done. Not easily but you've got the right mindset. That box of cookies will only make you happy briefly but knowing the size of your favorite jeans is 3 more sizes smaller than it was several months ago will make you SO much happier, and it's a more fulfilling happiness too!
I've recently been going through the same thing - trying to get my motivation back to finish what I started.
